My stay was filled with ups and downs. The hotel had a fantastic breakfast with plenty of options, and the evening reception was a nice touch. However, my initial room experience was frustrating as it did not meet my expectations, but the second room was much better. Despite some service issues I experienced during a difficult time, the overall ambiance of the hotel was pleasant and made for a memorable visit.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel during my recent stay for a concert at the AMP. The location is incredibly convenient as it’s just a short walk to the venue, which made things easy. However, I was disappointed with the cleanliness of our room's restroom and the overall breakfast options seemed lacking. While the spaciousness of the room was a definite plus, the check-in was slow, and some amenities weren't up to what I expected for the price. It's a decent option for concerts, but I've certainly seen better.
